I'm 13 years old in the 7th grade. I used to cut myself with scissors on the arms, but it wasn't THAT hardcore! My mom, family, and friends convinced me to stop. I think this girl needs to go see a pshyciatrist (sorry if thats mispelled!!!)

when i heard grab the frying pan.. lol that what made it fake for me. the reason they added that is because in the documentary a frying pan was found beside the bodies saying that she grabbed it to try and save him. I doubt he would of screamed to her to grab it to save him, he wanted her to run away which is on the audio says the documentary person. I have audio taped in the wind and it does not sound like tht either. It has a real distinct fade in and out quality about it. even if he had a mic on his head would of been turning side to side away from the mic. Way too clear for that as well. Fake for sure.

Tray117- the man pays taxes and the reason he was told to use his daughters SS# was for a lower interest rate, he isn't scamming the system....but paying taxes and working hard. People from other country's have been buying homes here for a very long time, they don't live here, aren't citizens and don't pay taxes here, but they do own homes, investment properties, businesses, and more. Jimenez wasn't abusing anything.
What most Americans forget is this- I don't know of many if any american that will work in the fields, under the scorching sun, from 5am till sundown, for minimum wage, no job security, no benefits (because it is temporary & seasonal), nor will they work hard at the jobs these immigrants are doing. The back breaking work isn't for Americans, because it doesn't pay enough or have the entitlements Americans think they deserve.

I hope Nicole lives with her mother forever ( though I do feel sorry for her mother). Nicole has made it so no sane american citizen ever enter into an agreement to sell a house to her. Regardless of the fact that Jimenez is not a US citizen and is here illegally, no where does it state that he can not own property here, as a citizen of Mexico. Nicole should search out her legal statuettes. It doesn't even matter that his daughters name is on the title. Though it is questionable that her info would be used for loan documents, Jimenez could have used his tax id to make the purchase. So whether heis deported or not he still legally owns the home as long as he makes his mortgage payments.
As for Nicole what you did was all kinds of wrong, besides being spiteful, vengeful and an awful human being, what you've done will comeback to you ten-fold and your whole family will suffer for your spoiled rotten selfish person you are and retribution will be harsh. Face it you through in this country, might as well join a supremacy group, they maybe your only sympathetic ear and shoulder.
Hope the judges force you to pay the family the rent you owe and for damages, also slander, threats, discrimination, racism and harassment. That is the least of what you deserve, but wait more will be coming...lets find your dirty little secrets and put that out on your front lawn, oh hey why not call the cops and CPS have them get the drugs out of your car and dresser. GO to your employer let them know who your having sex with, give them the pics and let them know about your abuse of drugs? Oh almost forgot gotta put up all the signs in the neighborhood letting others in your neighborhood know "WHO YOU REALLY ARE" and not this innocent little victim you are trying to portray.

Fake. When you have a little body being pulled out of you, you scream w/ fear pain & agony. Screams are long & end w/ groan, you have no time for deep breaths when you have pain of flesh tearing.

I think its fake bcuz of the many loud yells. It takes many deep breaths
To scream like that on tape. The real one probably way gruesome. Bear probably chewed his face off right from the start. Poor guy, rip.

Hey all- Im a audio engineer, record producer from new york and just recently watched "grizzly man", the documentary. I can tell you right now, this audio is a fake.

How do I know? Listen to the 4 different sounds in the clip. If you pay attention, you will hear wind and rain blowing throughout. When wind blows, it moves sound along with it. As you can hear, the man screaming does NOT fade in and out with the sound of the wind as it picks up speed and slows down. The wind blowing would muffle the sound of the screams as all of the sounds made their way into the camera microphone. In fact, the audio of his screaming is so clear that it sounds as if it were recorded on its own, in a controlled environment. The wind sounds like its in a completely different place than the man and woman screaming. You can hear the "room" sound of their voices as they yell, as if they are standing in a recording studio and shouting, allowing their voices to bounce off of walls and etc.

This is without a doubt, 100%, fake.

This has been spliced. I'm an audio engineer and you can hear early reflections of a voice bouncing off of walls (meaning the voice was captured inside an enclosed area, like a bedroom).

Also, in addition to the above, read the coroners report. I was a skeptic, but it sounded pretty real to me. As stated about the original audio - the bear was NOT loud. There was a lot of wind. And I agree with the previous post... I don't think anyone would want to hear when it comes for her...

It is so obviously a fake. The screams and cries have an echo and clarity like they are coming from an interior location such as another room and the fake rain, wind, and bear growls sound like a separate recording. There is no terror in the sound of the voices and screams. the whole thing is all wrong.

I don't bye it. If the microphone is on his person why does it sound so far away? In addition microphone doesn't make any of those distinct sounds mic's make when there scratching up on clothing or being jolted.

I've read people feel like its real cuz it effected you while you watched it.... well there's movies you watch that effect you, you know its fake and it can still make you cry. If you think it real before you listen to it and the actors (pretenders) do there job you should feel that way.

Its not hard to rein-act a bear attack. Dub bear sound effects, throw some wind and tree sound effects and 2 theater students to play the characters and boom you've gone viral.

Just my opinion. If someone was going to release the video why only release 1/3 of the video.

This is the first 1:50 of a 6:12 audio tape. It was given to Phil Fischer by the coroner at Chilkoot Charlies in Anchorage, Alaska.

You DONT want to hear the rest of it, trust me. I've heard it and it's not pleasant. You wan to hear AMY cry for her mom? You want to hear a gurgling Tim begging her to run away?
